1. No Refunds Policy

All Cosmic Compass readings and services—including personalized astrological readings, Decision Guides (e.g., Career Crossroads, Trust Protocol), and strategic protocols—are custom-crafted, bespoke digital assets tailored uniquely to each client’s data and requests. This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of personalized work completed by our team.

  • Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and international digital commerce laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content that is personalized or where performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent.

  • Immediate Execution: By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate commencement of the analysis process. Once the order is placed, no refunds, cancellations, or partial credits are permitted under any circumstances.

2. Dual Delivery Protocol & Confirmation

Our products are delivered through two primary secure channels, depending on the service tier:

  • Secure Email Transmission: Delivery of a high-resolution, encrypted PDF document directly to your registered email address.

  • Permanent Online Portal Access: Direct access via a unique, encrypted URL providing permanent viewing of your bespoke digital asset.

Successful delivery is defined as the moment the email is sent from our servers or the access link is generated. Valguard maintains server-side logs as proof of fulfillment.

3. Corrections, Adjustments & Data Accuracy Liability

It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide accurate and complete birth data (or any required variables) at the time of checkout. If you discover an error in the details you submitted, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

  • The 24-Hour Hold Window: If our system flags potential inconsistencies in your submitted data, or if you notify us of an error, we will place a temporary hold on your order and send a verification request to your registered email. You have exactly 24 hours to respond with the corrected information.

  • Proceed-as-Is Protocol: If we do not receive a response within the 24-hour window, our commitment to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requires us to proceed. The analysis will be executed and delivered based strictly on the original data provided at checkout. Once the analysis is initiated under these terms, the ticket is considered closed, the product is finalized, and no further corrections, refunds, or free revisions will be issued.

4. Technical Errors & Exceptional Circumstances

  • Technical Errors or Non-Delivery: If, due to a technical error, you do not receive your report or confirmation email, please notify us immediately. Our team will re-send or re-issue your report promptly and free of charge. We remain available until the issue is fully resolved.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where external technical issues, natural disruptions, or force majeure events prevent the timely delivery of a report, our team will maintain communication with the client and ensure fulfillment as soon as possible.

  • Liability Limitations: Cosmic Compass cannot be held responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information submitted by the client, spam filters, or third-party email systems. Please note that once a reading has been initiated and analysis begun, the product is considered “delivered work in progress,” and thus exempt from refund requests, even if final delivery is pending.

5. Quality & Delivery Commitment

Each report is prepared with utmost attention and is typically delivered within 24–48 hours, often sooner. Delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information from the client do not qualify for refund or compensation.

  • Email Delivery Failures & Strict Data Minimization Compliance: Cosmic Compass relies exclusively on the exact email address provided by the user via the Stripe checkout system. Because our infrastructure is built on a Zero-Tracking, privacy-first architecture, we do not cross-reference your digital identity or track your activity across the web. Therefore, in strict compliance with data minimization standards, our team is not obligated, nor authorized, to investigate, guess, or manually test alternative email addresses to locate you. If an encrypted asset bounces due to a client-side email error (e.g., typos, invalid address, full inbox), the order is legally classified as fulfilled based on our server-side execution logs.

  • Protocol Integrity: Our Decision Guides and non-astrological protocols (Career, Relationship, Life Direction) are structured analytical tools. These are delivered as final educational assets. Dissatisfaction with the subjective “advice” or the outcome of personal decisions made after reading these guides does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Legal Rights, Ownership & Anti-Piracy

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund & Corrections Policy and acknowledge that all readings are handcrafted, personalized digital products. All reports, Decision Guides, and Protocols are the sole intellectual property of Cosmic Compass / Valguard.

  • Personal Use License: Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license.

  • Unauthorized Distribution: Any reproduction, redistribution, public posting, “leaking” on forums, or commercial reproduction of our content is strictly forbidden and constitutes a violation of international copyright law.

  • Digital Forensics: We reserve the right to embed unique identifiers in our digital assets. Valguard will pursue maximum legal remedies, including statutory damages, against any individual or entity found to be sharing or publishing our proprietary materials without authorization.
