It can show up anytime, but it often intensifies in periods of maturation and life restructuring — especially when you’re pushed to outgrow old coping patterns. Many people feel it more clearly as they move out of early-life identity and into “chosen life” territory.

Alignment doesn’t feel like chaos for chaos’ sake. It tends to create a specific signature: cleaner self-respect, clearer direction, and growth that stabilizes you over time — even if it’s uncomfortable at first.
